I'm using the HD3SS3202 in a USB3 design. We have the N and the P swapped on the input, as the datasheet makes clear we are allowed to. However, we also have the N and the P swapped from input to output to simplify routing. Is this acceptable? If not, why? For USB Superspeed routing, polarity swapping is allowed:
