analog switch spdt tristate



Is there  such a thing? The search doesn't bring anything up, buf that might be the bad search engine.

    Yes we have tri-state SPDT analog switch. To achieve the high impedance state when the switch is powered you will need to find a device with an enable (EN) or inhibit (IN) pin to disable the entire signal path.  The number of pins on the device can help you tell. For example a 1 channel SPDT switch without an enable will have 6 pins; while one with an enable pin will be in an 8 pin package.

    Red underlines mean that those parts do not have an enable pin, while the one in green does. These are not all of our parts, just an subset to show what to look for.

    To achieve the high impedance requirement when the switch is powered off or Vdd= 0V you will need to find a device with powered off protection. Which you can find by filtering devices by feature, as shown below.
