TCAN4550: TCAN4550 communication

Hi team,

At present, TCAN4550 system can work normally at room temperature. SPI ERROR occurs when the system temperature increases. When the error occurs, the ambient temperature is about 70 ℃, and the temperature of TCAN4550 is about 75 ℃.

After that, the temperature of the main control chip and tcan4550 chip were increased respectively. When the temperature of the main control chip was increased to 125 ℃, no SPI ERROR occurred. But when the temperature of tcan4550 is increased alone, SPI ERROR will appear.

When SPI ERROR occurs, the 000C status is 0A00000C or 0B00000C.

What are the possible causes of this phenomenon.

    Amy,

    Is there any way you can share waveforms of the SPI signals or CAN bus signals when these SPI errors occur? Both these errors point to issues with data in the FIFO. Can you also share the contents of registers 0x0820 and 0x0824?
