XIO2001EVM: System can't recognize device XIO2001

Hello,

I applied a XIO2001 EMM. I can find XIO2001 when the system bootup at BIOS status as attachment picture.

But when the system(OS: win10) bootup completely. I can't find XIO2001 in the device manger list.

Please help me to check this issue.
