Hi All,
I have a question about DS90UB914A-Q1.
Is the Watch Dog Timer at Address 0x20 the same as the I2C Bus Timer at Address 0x22?
Best Regards,
Ishiwata

Hi Ishiwata-san,
Reg 20 is for remote I2c through bidirectional Control channel
Reg 22 is for local I2C
Hi Jiashow
Thank you for your reply.
I have a question with the register contents at 0x20.
How does it work when it timeout?
At the timeout, the stop condition cannot be issued, probably because it is a clock stretch. Therefore, communication freezes.
I'd like to put timeouts on a regular basis and stop I2C communication on the way. Is it possible with 0x20 watch dog?

Hi Ishiwata-san,
I'm not sure if I understand your question? When the watchdog timer times out, it will terminate the current transaction.

Jiashow
Hi Jiashow-san
Thank you for your reply.
I wanted to ask if there was any action after the transaction finished.
Is there action to reset the slave ?
Best Regards,
Ishiwata
Hi Ishiwata-san,
Once the transaction terminates, you would be able to send another transaction.
