SN65LVDT101: Datasheet Figure 40 Question

For part SN65LVDT101, Figure 40 in the datasheet:

1. For the R values, should those be around 110 ohms each, are those the input impedance resistors.  If not what should those values be?

2. What should the value of the current source at the bottom be?

    1. Figure 40 is all internal to the device. The output structure shown in Figure 40 is that of a typical LVPECL output stage, which is just a pair of emitter followers. I don't know the exact value of these internal resistors but they are high impedance, which allow the outputs to be low impedance. Note that it is not necessary to know the value of these resistors for your design, as this output structure is just shown for reference.

    2. Again, this is internal to the device. I don't know the exact value but since the structure is that of a typical LVPECL output stage, the value is probably around ~17mA.

    Thanks for the response.  But I need the values because I am modeling this circuit in a software.  I will use 110 ohms for the resistors and 17mA for the current source.  Can you tell me what type of transistors those are in the right schematic in figure 40.  I need to know the exact type so I can model it. Thanks.

    Sorry but I can't disclose information about the transistors or any other design information beyond what's illustrated in the datasheet. Are you able to use the SN65LVDS101EVM for your evaluation instead?
