May I consult you the function of Rate control pin?
If we tie it with 1kohm to gnd, the pcie link training will be limited to gen1 or gen2 even both SOC and device can operate up to gen3?
if we tie it with 20Kohm to gnd, the pcie can still operate well even the bus speed is only gen1 or gen2?
