DS90UB928Q-Q1: 0x53 in 928

Part Number: DS90UB928Q-Q1

Hi Team,

My customer now use 927 and 928. And found that 928 output LVDS bias voltage is only 0.8V and the display is flick.

However, when changing 928's 0x53 from the default 01 to 04, the LVDS bias voltage is 1.2V and the display is normal.

Since I don't see any introduction about 0x53 in 928. May I ask the following questions:

  • What is the function/effect in register 0x53 ?
  • What value do you recommend customer to write into 0x53? If keep 04, will it have risk?
  • Do we have other method to change the LVDS bias when customer found the output bias is only 0.8V?
