I am trying to match lengths for differential pair traces and was wondering what the pin delay (length from the pins to the die) is for both the DS280DF810ABVT and DS80PCI402SQE/NOPB devices? I was also wondering if this pin delay is something I should take into consideration for my constraints?

    I have package trace delay per net data for DS280DF810 but not for the older DS80PCI402. I would comment that the delay contribution from package relative to overall channel is more significant for 25Gbps, and more negligible for < 10Gbps
