DP83867E: Impact of power sequencing

Hi team, 

The datasheet states the following regarding power sequencing:

"When powering down the DP83867, the 1.8-V supply should be brought down before the 2.5-V supply" 

- Is it also acceptable to bring both supplies down concurrently?

- What is the impact of that?

    Per our datasheet we recommend the 1.8V supply be brought down before the 2.5V supply.

    There is a similar question on e2e already with your same inquiry. The sequence in this situation still had a voltage difference at power down. Would the same occur for your design?
