DS100DF410: pin 47 waveform of DS100DF400 is not correct

Hi team,

My customer is using the DS100DF400(DS100DF410‘s special part number) now. And meet one socket failure. From the waveform, we find the pin 47 to GND waveform isn't correct.(pin 48 is fine)

(good sockets waveform pin 47)

We also tested the impedance of the pin 47,pin 48.

could you please help check the reason of the failure?

Hi Frank,

I do not have enough information to be able to provide a reason for failure. At this point I would recommend to perform an A-B test comparison where you swap the fail device with good device. You would implement the fail device on good device socket and vice versa, and the test for the issue.

This is not an issue we have observed before. At this point I would recommend to return the "fail" unit in question to TI for analysis. Refer to the link below for instructions:
