DS90UB940-Q1: Is Datasheet Of DS90UB940-Q1 Confusing MIP DSI With MIPI CSI?

I'm Looking For Solution Which Can Bridge RGB Parallel  Input Of FPD-LINK Serializer With Deserializer Ouput MIPI DSI-2. I Find DS90UB921Q-Q1 / DS90UB925Q-Q1 Is Suitable For Input Side From Processor And DS90UB940-Q1 DISPLAY LINK Is Back-Compatible One To Meet My Requirement.

To Confirm The Capability I Read The Datasheet And Find I May Be Wrong.

According To The Datasheet Of DS90UB940-Q1 Here Only Support MIPI CSI-2 Not DSI For Display.

Looks Something Wrong Because DS90UB940-Q1 Is Display Link Product.

Anyone Can Help To Solve The Problem?

Or Suggest The Other Part For Bridging RGB With MIPI DSI-2

    Hello Bright,

    We do not have any deserializer devices which support MIPI DSI or DSI-2 output at this time. For this solution you may need to investigate on an FPGA or processor solution which can convert another display standard like CSI-2 or OpenLDI (DS90UB948-Q1) to DSI-2 for your display.
