    SHH,

    I took a look at the TCA9555 on page 13 of the schematic:

    Pinout looks good.

    Decoupling caps are present.

    No Floating nodes (P17 has internal pull up)

    Address pins are GND

    2.2k pull ups on SDA/SCL

    This looks good to me.
