Can I use THVD8000 with transformer coupling instead of capacitor coupling, such as ethernet transformer or similar?

Javier,

Unfortunately the capacitor coupling is necessary for transmitting the modulated signal. Why do you want to go with transformer coupling, due to the cost or size?

I want to isolate the cable and improve noise immunity as in ethernet communications.

What noise are you referring to? The major challenge is the differential noise on bus, which mostly could be taken care of by careful system design, like using twisted pair, solid grounding, quiet load, etc.
