Is it possible to provide the maximum junction temperature and thermal resistance values for the DS26LV31TM?

    The Tj max is 150c for this device and the thermal data of SOIC package is

    Theta JA: 73.6 
    Theta JC (top): 32.5 
    Theta JB: 31.1 
    Psi JT: 3.7 
    Psi JB: 30.8
