Thanks for replying. However my customer feedback,

This simulation model is not the same as what we usually use. We have not seen this file type, nor is it an ibis suffix file. Please let us know how to use this model?

Hi Nicole,

This file was incorrectly labeled as an IBIS file. It is actually an HSPICE model. As far as I can see, this is the only model available for this device.
