TUSB1002A: TUSB1002A application for PCIE 3, which EQ setting shall be refered?

Hi team,

As title, customer is using TUSB1002A as a PCIE 3 redriver, what if we want to adjust EQ setting. Which chart we can refer?

From the datasheet mentioned, it will operate in 1200Vpp and DC gain 0 dB, does that mean we should refer Figure 3 and 4 to adjust EQ? Does table to work for this application?

Hi Oliver,

You should refer to Table 2. EQ Configuration Options for 1200mV Linearity 0 dB DC Gain Setting in the datasheet. Figure 3 and 4 match these settings.

Hi Malik,

I got one more question, if I am referring the Table2, but the table only shows the EQ for 5Gbps and 10Gbps, not like PCIE 3 8Gbps, may I know which I shall refer? 5Gbps or 10Gbps?
