ONET4201LD: Driving 50ohm (100ohm diff) of load

Hi team,

Datasheet describes that the output is optimized for 20ohm of load impedance.

Is it able to drive 50ohm load (100ohm diff) with ONET4201LD? Is there anything should be care when 50ohm(100ohm diff) load is driven with ONET4201LD?
