TPD12S521: Any issue on "No 10kohm resistor between LV supply and pin2"?

Hi,

My customer can find the 10kohm resistor between LV supply and pin2 on the datasheet P.9. Do any issues occur when this resistor is removed? Please let me know the reason why this resistor is required.

Now my customer considers replacing CM2020-01TR (On-semi) to our device. However, on current board, LV supply is connected with pin2 directly. (There is no land of 10kohm resistor.) That is why we ask you.

Hi,

It 's better to keep this 10K resistor for here as datasheet configuration.

I need to check with the original designer for this resistor value.

We should keep this resistor here, this resistor may impact the bandwidth .
