Yes, I got the files and I was checking them, I found the footprint of the DS90UB949 and I could add it to my Altium footprint library ,but its schematic component. 
I could not copy from the SV600978B_DS90UB949.SchDoc file to my Schematic library.
From what I could see in the component properties, it is part of the TI_Pre_RTM.IntLib library and that's the one I need.
Could you send me that library (TI_Pre_RTM.IntLib) please, since I couldn't find it in the searches I did.
