PCA9306: PCA9306 – Looking for higher VREF2 voltage solution

Part Number: PCA9306

Currently we use PCA9306 in our design. since the VREF2 will have inrush voltage > 12V in customer application.

So that we want to change the solution with include ESD protection function or the VREF2 > 12V solution. But the pin Configuration need to P2P PCA9306. May I consult you have this kind solution? Thanks.

    Hi Gary,

    It would be rare to find such high voltage tolerance in a device like this designed for low-voltage logic.  Have you considered using something like a Zener diode/TVS in order to clamp the voltage to an acceptable level?
