TUSB320: why i2c addr is 0x47

Part Number: TUSB320

We use usb typec chip  TUSB320.

the i2c addr is 0x60 or 0x61 according to the datesheet .

but I can't Communication use 0x60 or 0x61.

i2c addr 0x47 can communication success !

I'm very confused , is 0x47 is the sample chip or other ?
