Hi,

The maximum Tj value stated in the data sheet is 105℃, and the maximum storage temperature is 150℃.
In general, I think the maximum Tj value will be the same as the storage temperature, but why is it different?

    Hi,

    Storage temp. s the maximum for the entire package when the IC is not powered and does not adversely affect the device lifetime. Maximum Tj is measured when device is powered and is the temperature of the junction at the silicon that will not adversely affect the device lifetime.
