Hello,
What is the error that is occurring?
Have you followed the EVM users guide?

I checked but this does not provide a solution.
Which version of window should I use?
Hello,
For system requirements I would check this document: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/sluu336c/sluu336c.pdf?ts=1595536445027&ref_url=https%253A%252F%252Fwww.google.com%252F
Some of the older gauges may require 32 bit and an older OS
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
Hello,
Can you provide screenshots of the errors you are encountering?

Hello,
I have assigned this to someone more familiar with bqWizard that can help answer this for you.

Hello,
I heard back from my colleague:
it requires TI USB-TO-GPIO interface adapter with compatible firmware for bqWizard™ version 2.5 or newer/ – MCC iPort/USB™ for bqWizard™ 2.5.7 or newer version . And it only works with 32-bit Windows.
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
Hello,
You will need to use the TI USB-TO-GPIO to communicate with the board with bqWizard.
Sincerely,
Wyatt Keller
