When we measured the OEN of DS90UB914A-Q1 when the power was turned on, the waveform was as follows.
Our board has multiple deserializers, and one SN74LV541APW controls three OENs to High.
However, it does not rise correctly to High.
From the measured waveform, it seems that it occurs only during VDDIO=High and VDD_n=Low.
We have raised the output pin of the SN74LV541APW to disconnect it from the deserializer and confirmed the following.
1. When the waveform of the output pin of SN74LV541APW is measured, it is driven High without any problem.
2. OEN of the deserializer is pulled up by 1kΩ and the waveform is measured. It is controlled to Low.
In addition, OSS_SEL and GPIO show the same behavior.
Any thoughts on the behavior of these signals?
