Hi team,
My customer is using the TCA9800 now, the schematic is below. If VCCB(2.5V)side is always there, VCCA(1.8V)power on/off again and again. Whether it will influence the TCA9800 or damage the TCA9800? Thanks.

Hey Frank,

This shouldn't be a problem. Our device will go into RESET mode and be HI-Z when VccA is not present. As long as there is no ringing/ when you power up/down the Vcc rail causing the voltage to go beyond the allowed absolute max/min for our device, we shouldn't see any issues.
-Thanks,
