    Hello PYTsai,

    It depends on the clocking mode selected for the pattern generator. If the internal deserializer clock is selected for the patgen clock source, then the bidirectional control channel will not be functional while the test is running. However if you use the external clock (clock from the serializer forward channel) as the pattern clock source then the bidirectional control channel will continue to function during the test.
