TPD1E05U06-Q1: high working voltage ESD protection at high speed signal line

Hi team,

My customer is looking for an ESD protection device which has >10V working voltage for 2Gbps signal line.

Is it possible that we achieve both high working voltage and low capacitance ESD protection by stacking TPD1E05U06-Q1 in series? Please advise.

    Hi,

    Welcome to E2E!

    It is not recommended to use our device in series or in parallel as testing was not done under these conditions. We would not be able to guarantee the characteristics the device would have under normal operation conditions or during an ESD event.
