TPS65987DDJ: TPS6598x configuration tool doesn't work

Hi everyone

I use Power Delivery Controller (TPS65987DDJ) for my new project. I need to configuration it. I downloaded tool (Tool), but it doesn't work (see the screenshot). What should I do?

    This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

    If it is still not resolved, we recommend that you reinstall it.

    I tried to reinstall, but unfortunately the tool doesn't work. I don't know why...

    Hi Aleksandr：

    I installed the Tool you provided, and the tool works. So I recommend that you use another PC to try to install the tool.

    Notice, the tool you installed just support these devices:

    It seems that you want to use TPS65987DDJ, but the tool you want to install can just support TPS65987DDH.

    I installed the tool on the second PC. And the tool work. But for comfortable work I want to use my main PC. I think, may be my main PC doesn't have any library/drivers/ets... I thought may be somebody can help me.


    About support of devices:

    I read on this forum about support TPS65987DDJ. I think TPS65987DDJ and TPS65987DDH ICs are identical for the tool. Or I'm wrong? If the tool doesn't support TPS65987DDJ, what the tool wiil I be able to use?
