TPS65988: TPS65988 device application question by using tapex platform

Hi all,

 My customer build up their Tapex creek board by using TPS65988DH and TPS65982BB in Feb (follow intel/TI's reference schematic) but they can't get 982BB device at that time so pending their project. They restart their project and put 982BB on their board now.  PD function is ok (checking log, 988 is in enter mode already) but TBT function is failed. 

1. Can 988DH be used in tapex creek platform / GUI? Customer said they follow Intel's bom so they put 988DH on their board. We build up the project as attached file. 

2. If 988DH is ok, what GPIO signal they have to check to trigger TR chip waking up?
