I need Min/Max details of package height to do tolerance stack up analysis for a heatsink design. Package outline only provides Max dimension of 2.51mm.

Hi Anudeep,

For the DS280DF810 package:

The max height is 2.51 mm
Nominal height is 2.36 mm
Minimum height is 2.21mm
