DS280DF810: CDR heat spreader detached

Hi,

Recently we did environmental Testing on one of our products and it is observed spreader attached to CDR got detached during shock test.

We had observed this issue earlier also and later on Ti had updated CDR package. But we still see this issue.

Could you please share some details like

What is the epoxy used to attach spreader to die.
Any shock and vibration, environmental test data.
Shear Force limits on epoxy
Any specific recommendations on heatsink mounting, TIM etc.
