Hello,
I have an LG 34UM88C Monitor. It has a USB hub with two inputs built into it. When I connect my Windows 10 PC to the uplink, on the monitor, I can see a device that is having problems getting the driver to work. Specifically, it shows: "TUSB3410 EECode Ser". When I check the properties it says:
The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)
There are no compatible drivers for this device.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver
I did the research and found a user with a similar problem, on one of TI's forums. He was told to download this file: "tusb3410_driver_v6.7.4.0_setup.exe".
I downloaded it and tried installing it, but noticed that it installed a COM Port of some sort. The device accepted it as a compatible driver. Is this the correct driver for my device? Can someone please confirm?
TIA,
George
