LMH1297: IBIS-AMI Parameters settings

Part Number: LMH1297

I'm designing the PCB with LMH1297 now, and will simulate the Signal Integrity.

For example, when using the LMH1297 in EQ mode and trying to analize the waveform of the transmission system from the LMH1297-OUT0 output to the FPGA, I think that the DE and VOD settings will be given to the 100-ohm driver at the OUT0 output. However, what value should I set for this setting to the IBIS-AMI parameters ?

According to "LMH1297 IBIS-AMI User's Guide", it seems that there are "VOD" "DEM" "VOD0" and "DEM0" in the Transmitter Model Parameters, but since it is the transmission on the PCB board, set the values corresponding to "VOD0" and "DEM0". I wonder if this understanding is correct.

The condition of the LMH1297 circuit is that the "HOST_EQ0" terminal of the LMH1297 is set to "R" (the signal line length between LMH1297 and FPGA is considered to be 4 to 5 inches).

What is the IBIS parameters setting that makes "VOD : 660mVp-p, DEM : -2.1dB" ?
