I am debugging TUSB1310A, the OSC of TUSB1310A is 40MHz. Now, I have two TUSB1310A boards. One ULPI_CLK is 2.5MHz. The other one ULPI_CLK is 9.5MHz. Do you know where is the problem? The following is the board information.
