XIO2001: Redesign of PCIe board which supports Gen3 and Gen4 PCIe standards

Part Number: XIO2001
Dear Team, We have been using XIO2001 for the past 8 years . As I understand XIO2001 supports only upto Gen2 PCIe. I would like to know if there is any alternative part which supports latest PCIe Standards so that we can replace XIO2001. If yes is it a drop in replacement ?
