TUSB542: The Problem of Probability for the TUSB542 not work

Dear Sir,

I have 4 PCBA that use the TUSB542 for USB3.0 ,Two of them just can work in usb 2.0，and other two PCB can operate in usb 3.0 .

I'm sure all of the connect is OK, my schematic and layout as follow figure，Please help me check if any elements wolud cause this phenomenon。

Hi Pansy,

Could you re-post or attached your schematic files for review? I cannot see them on my end. Id this a Type-C application? Does USB 3.0 work in both directions or just one?

Hi,Malik,

The usb3.0 can work in both directions, because I use the TUSB321 to judge the cc signals,and I use the TUSB211 to transmit the usb 2.0.

The TUSB211 must to connect the DM1 and DM2, I connected them by external flying wire 。
