DS90UB933-Q1: If ECU(960) can still talk to 933 if the image senor/ISP fails

HI Team,

My customer is asking if a sudden fault happen on the image sensor or ISP, and no input(PCLK, HS, VS, DATA etc) to the 933, will ECU side(say 960) still able to communicate with 933 through I2C? In this scenario the 933 is well power supplied.
