We used a TPD3S716-Q1 in our design and I downloaded the IBIS model from TI website.

Now I want to do fasteye channel analysis for USB D+/- nets. when I assign IBIS model to TPD3S716-Q1 ,D+/- ,VD+/- can only be assigned as input. In my opinion, one group should be assigned as input, and the

other group should be assigned as output. And also on the datasheet, all these pins are I/O type.

So I can't finish the simulation to USB data line.

Hi,

The model may not optimize . Is that possible to using the S parameter to simulate?

The pic below is S parameter of TPD3S716-Q1, can you tell me which network do the four ports corresponding to? thanks!

Hi,

I can't confirm the in and out pin.

You can use the 1,2 for D+,D- and 3,4 for VD+,VD- to try.

If not, use the 1,3 for for D+,D- and 2,4 for VD+,VD- to try.
