My customer now use 947+940 and 947+948 in their head unit. 947+948 could display normal but 947+940 has black screen when power-up.
Could you please help to give some suggestion? Thanks！
- When: Power up the car,cluster with 940 is black screen. After reset, it could display normally.
- How often: customer shipped 300 head units and 1 of 300 occurred. The situation can't repeat.
- Test when black screen happened:
- LOCK=0
- The registers when black screen and normal screen are the same.
- Customer can't write 940's register but can read 940's register.
- When using 947's PATTERN, it still can't display in 940, still black.
- When reconnect 940's input and output, it still can't display in 940, still black.
