Hello,

In a new project, I want to use MAX3238E IC.  In a particular situation, MAX3238E is not powered, whereas RS232 signals are present (imposed by a RS232 peripheral).

So I have 2 questions:

- Could we apply a RS232 level on RINx pin (RS232 line data input) when the MAX3238 IC is not powered (VCC=0).
- if it's allowed,  what is the input impedance of RINx pin when Vcc=0V,?
