LMH1219: current consumption when Forced Power Save Mode(MODE_SEL=H)

Hi Team,

I would like to ask about current consumption when Forced Power Save Mode(MODE_SEL=H).
Datasheet shows IDDz_DUAL that is dual supply mode.
Do you have typ and max current consumption under single supply mode (2.5V)?

    Hi Yaita-San,

    Please note in LMH1219 data sheet table 6.5 page 6 this is listed as PDz_single 27mw typical(2.7/2.5 ~11mA). Please note this parameter has not been characterized therefor there is no max value.

    Thank you for your support.
    My customer confirmed a few samples show around 20mA.
    Is it reasonable value?

    Could you tell me why PDz_single hasn't been characterized although dual supply mode (IDDz_DUAL) has max value?

    Hi Yaita-San,

    We should add +/-25 to 30% to 20mA to cover across different parts as well.

    This validation was done on a limited number of devices at ambient temperature. This evaluation was done about 5 years ago and lowest power consumption with no input signal - dual supply mode - had highest priority at that time.
