Hi,

I am using TUSB3410 USB Serial driver version 6.5.9017. Sporadically Blue Screen error (BSOD) occurs. I am using Windows 7 Enterprise Edition. I am also facing this issue in Windows XP SP3. Could you please provide help on this?

  • Hello Giri,

We need more details about the issue to help you to solve this; could you please send us the issue reproduction steps? Also if it’s possible, could you send us the memory dump that you get with the BSOD?

    Best Regards,

    Roberto.

  • Any updates? Still facing this issue randomly.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hello Giri,

Unfortunately we can’t reproduce the issue, we are reviewing your memory dumps and, I will let you know our comments and a possible issue solution.

    Regards,

    Roberto.

  • Hello Giri

We have looked into the memory dumps but could not find much information from them. Could you please send us a complete memory dump can be set by clicking on “Advanced” Tab from “System Properties”. Click on “Settings” button of “Startup and Recovery” and then select “Complete Memory Dump” from “Write debugging information”.

Also, as we can’t reproduce the error, I just need a little more information about the issue scenario,

    1.       Can you reproduce this issue in several systems?

    2.       System Configuration (, 32/64 bit, RAM, Processor etc). The reason for asking this, in few occasions we have encounter previously, few bugs appeared on only certain type of PCs.

    Regards,

    Roberto.

  • System property is already set to "Complete memory dump". I will try to get another set of memory dumps once I get BSOD.

    1. Yes, I can reproduce this issue in several systems.
    2. System configuration: Windows XP 32 bit with SP3, Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 GB RAM

Please let me know if you have require more information.

    Thanks.
