These devices are similar but not the same. The TPS65987D incorporates two power paths while the device you shared does not. 

Would you be able to elaborate on why you are wanting a direct comparison between these two devices? Are you evaluating the TPS65987D for a system that the device you shared is already in? If so, would you be able to give a description of the system? 

The input voltage is 5V~20V.
