Hi,
how to connect the two DP83825 in repeater mode? in the datasheet, master's TX is connect to RX, while in the TI design TIDA-010046, TX is connect to the TX of slave.
which one is correct? thanks.
Hi Betty,
Datasheet connections are correct, so please refer to that. There is a problem in the diagram in the TIDA's design guide but I see that in the design schematics connections are correct.

thanks Vikram.
Customer refer to the datasheet, but find two DP83825I can't communicate. could you help review the schematic? I can sent the customer's schematic via email.
thanks.
Hi Vikram,
we still have below problems;
1. In the schematic, use DP83822 and DP83825, but in the user guide, both are DP83825, which one is correct? Can they all support repeater mode?
2. in the DP83825I datasheet, the circuit connection in repeater mode is different with user guide. In the datasheet, both DP83825I are slave while the user guide, one is master, one is slave. which one is correct?
3. customer refer to the TI design have build board. they can't change the hardware board now ,how to fix the communication issue.
thanks.
Hi Betty,
The schematic files for TIDA design has correct connections. Problem is with a block diagram in the user guide. So if customer has used schematic files then the design should be correct.
If you want us to review the customer's board schematic you may send us the query over mail.
