USBN9604: WARN reset

Hi,

My customer is using USBN9604 on their system.

Though it is written that "This bit is cleared by reading the FWEV register." on the datasheet as below, they say that WARN bit is reset even though FWEV is not readout.

What is the cause of reset?

This is not a new design, the above phenomenon is seen in the system has been manufactured.

it is cleared when the warning condition is cleared by either reading data from theFIFO or when the FIFO is flushed
