SN65ELT22: Confirm if the set up can drive PECL

Hi Team,

We have a customer that uses SN65ELT22 and MC100EP56 (On-Semi) with the following specifications:
SN65ELT22 VOHmin=3.915V, MC100EP56 VIHmax = 4.120V 

The customer is concerned with driving the single-ended mux select input of the MC100EP56 with the SN65ELT22 since the SN65ELT22 VOH could be 3.915V and the Mux select input VIH could be 4.12V.
Will the mux will not see a valid high?
