A quick question, did TRS3243 support the suspend mode? And modern standby in Win10?

    Hi George,

    I'm unfortunately not familiar with any specific transceiver-level requirements related to supporting Windows 10's suspend/standby modes, but the TRS3243 device does support a low-current power-off state that is controlled by the FORCEON/FORCEOFF pins.  It can be configured to enter shutdown manually or automatically when there is no valid RS-232 signal level present.  Either of these options could be used to conserve power at the system level if RS-232 communication is not needed.  If you know of any requirements beyond this, please let us know.
