Hi, expert,

how to set  the DS90UB948 to enter BIST mode?

customer have pull the PIN 5 and PIN 19 to 3.3V, but the device still don't enter BIST mode. any others need to config ?

    Hi Betty,

    Was BISTC set to high or low? If it is set to low and there's no external PCLK. the device may not enter BIST mode.

    Alternatively, you can use 948 register 0x24 for BIST control. You can set 0x24 to 0x3 to enable BIST using 50MHz internal clock.
