DS90UB954-Q1EVM: Deserializer Reference Clock issue

Hello, 

I'm testing camera sensor with SER/DES  EVM (DS90UB953A/DS90UB954). 

I'm using  clock synchronous mode. 

DS90UB954 EVM has external 25Mhz clock.    but  ALP information display  24MHz as shown below. 

and  I  check  0xA5 Register ( REFCLK_FREQ) .

Ref Frequency is also display 0x18  ( 24MHz  ). 

I measured RefClock frequency on camera sensor boardby oscilloscope .

It measured 25MHz.

Which frequency value is setting my sensor to initialize?
